An extraordinary spiritual journey of Lt. General Vijay Kumar Kapoor, PVSM (Param Vashishth Seva
Medal)
Way back in 1995, while Gen Kapoor was still a Brigadier, he suffered from an ailment of the heart
where his heart beat measured upto 200 beats per minute – instead of the normal 72 beats per minute!
His doctors (from both Army and civil) could not properly diagnose his problem and said that it was
some kind of psychosomatic disease (Psychosomatic means mind (psyche) and body (soma).
A psychosomatic disorder is a disease which involves both mind and body. Some physical diseases are
thought to be particularly prone to being made worse by mental factors, such as stress and anxiety.)
It was at that point of time (probably divine decree) that he had a chance meeting with Shri Mataji, and
unknowingly he approached Her with his condition! She heard him out and gave him his Self realization!
Although he was absolutely clueless about this new-found science of Sahaja Yoga - that awakens the dormant
spiritual energies of an individual – he continued practicing the primary techniques of a beginner Sahaja Yogi……
and his life changed miraculously!
Listen to his experience and advice and understand why it is not just important but mandatory to
get your self realization!

Lt. Gen V.K Kapoor – On Tantrik Practices and Mother’s Advice
A detailed description about how he got himself treated.
Water vibrated by Shri Mataji Herself that tasted like wine!!!
In this video, he narrated the details of how he drank vibrated water for years and how Shri Mataji
Herself sent him an image of hers which he was to keep behind him at his Swadhisthana level
during 3-candle treatment. He did feel awkward keeping the image of Shri Mataji behind him – to
which Shri Mataji advised that one may ask for forgiveness from Mother first and then start doing
the treatment. It is like we step on Mother Earth daily – we have no choice – but one of the first
things we do in the mornings is ask Mother Earth for forgiveness as we touch her with our feet!
Shri Mataji also mentioned that as a seeker goes deep into meditation and establishes himself
completely into it – i.e. with both thoughtless and doubtless awareness achieved – no tantrick
or black magic can touch him ever!
How to establish yourself in Sahaja yoga and be a true Sahaja yogi
Gen Kapoor has beautifully explained what is exactly required to establish yourself in Sahaja Yoga.
One may come and attend a self realization session of Sahaja Yoga and even feel the rising of the
Kundalini Shakti – but if one does not work upon himself constantly and consistently then there are
chances that he might lose this beautiful opportunity to manifest his own divinity in this very life!
Simply speaking –
The two wheels of the chariot of a Sahaja Yogi are Forgiveness and Detachment.
